Later this month, I’ll begin posting the serialized chapters of Croneville Carnival. Here’s a teaser to whet your appetite.
The story is all about my Comic alter ego traveling through a portal to a magical land where she learns how to come to terms with her own aging and mortality. Afraid about becoming frail, worried about rising healthcare costs, overwhelmed by media encouraging her to slow down the aging process, ComicDonna wants to learn how to accept reality and have a happy and fruitful old age.
Will she succeed? Or will she succumb to the pressures of society and her fears?

This post will be updated each time I add to Croneville Carnival. The serialized graphic novel alternates between oracle card spreads from the Croneville Oracle Deck I’ve created and chapters in the comic story. There are also occasional behind-the-scenes bonus posts that are not part of the graphic novel.
